BSIT currently has challenging opportunities for two seasoned full time Sr. Network Systems Engineers. Base pay
will be commensurate with experience. Starting
range for an Engineer is 50K-80K+ Bonuses. Bonuses can increase the annual pay
by 30K or more and are based on individual productivity. Additional profit sharing bonuses are also

What
are we looking for?
Sr. Network
System Engineers will assist with network administration and other
high level technical problems for in-house systems as well as clients’ hosted
and remote site systems. 10+ years experience
required!
Team
members are exposed to an energetic, fast moving, demanding and
results-oriented environment. High standards are a must! The ideal candidates should be critical
thinkers, comprehensive fact-finders and problem solvers, and thrive being
major players in a small team environment. These are local South Eastern MA
positions with most local travel to client sites within a 20 mile radius from
Lakeville. Candidates MUST demonstrate
that they can go to a client site and see what needs to be done and then do it
without supervision. 90% of work will be
done on client systems or internal infrastructure. The remaining 10% of the
time will be on Project Management and paperwork.

Technical Skills Required
* Setup and manage DNS, DHCP, and WINS services
* Manage and configure Win9x/NT/Win2K/XP/Win2K3
security, sharing, patches, and group policies, etc
* Install Computers / Migrate Data / Setup
Business Apps
* Excellent problem definition and resolution
skills
* Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP and deal
with connectivity issues
* Diagnose and Fix Trojan / Spyware / Virus
Problems
* Experience and understanding of routers and
firewalls
* Experience and understanding of Terminal
Services and/or Citrix
* Experience and understanding of wireless
networking
* Understanding of relationship between
switches, hubs, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network
* WAN/Router/VPN configuration experience
Other Understandings/Expectations:
* Basic concept of: If it is not documented,
it did not happen – all work must be documented
* Understand that this is mostly a client site
based position – Local travel required and many different bosses
* Understand that the success of individuals

Certifications:
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE),
CCNA, PMP, MCSD, MCDBA, CISSP are all helpful
