SalesLogix CRM

CRM– Customer Relationship Management – (Formerly called SFA [Sales Force Automation]) CRM is defined as: Technology and processes built together to streamline the management of a customer relationship. Many technologies and many processes have been created over the years to this end. Some are very simple and inexpensive while others very functional and flexible. One of the big players in the CRM market is SalesLogix. We started working with SalesLogix before it was even released to the public.

SalesLogix was created by Pat Sullivan (same person that developed ACT!) to be a replacement for ACT!. ACT! was very good at being a “contact manager” but as a Customer Relationship Management system it simply could not do what it needed to do. SalesLogix was created to take all the wonderful “easy to use” features of ACT! and put them into a Enterprise Ready CRM solution. In fact the look and feel are very similar to act and most of the shortcuts are the same. This means people that are familiar with ACT! will have a very short learning curve.

The SalesLogix solution fills the needs of small and large enterprises alike. SalesLogix is “account centric” instead of “contact centric” which means everything revolves around an account and everything automatically rolls up to the Account. Some of the many advantages of SalesLogix are scalability, database size, performance, security, and customization.

In all of these areas Bay State Integrated Technology, Inc offers much assistance. In addition to being trained and certified in all aspects of SalesLogix including integration with back office applications, we have many years of experience in designing applications and processes to meet the demands of many different types of businesses. We have created many “templates” and modular components to add much flexibility to SalesLogix with little or no additional programming needed.

We have deployed hundreds of SalesLogix servers. We are trained and certified in SalesLogix development, SalesLogixWeb Design and Implementation, and have SalesLogix certified engineers on staff.

We have a dedicated help desk and remote control capability to assist end users and administrators with any and all problems they may have with SalesLogix.
