Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced sales representative with a strong background in direct sales in the greater Boston/Providence Area. Are you a successful salesperson who is confident in your skills and ability to close highly qualified leads?  We are seeking an assertive sales representative able to drive customer sales through direct sales methods while building collaborative, long-term business partnerships.  Candidate should be an individual who is excited to prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and prepare customer contracts.

Bay State Integrated Technology will provide the tools you need to be successful.  This is a salary with partial commission position, so when the company succeeds, you succeed. Huge earning potential with no salary cap.



  • Occasional travel to customer sites in the Boston/Providence area to present services
  • Generate business leads and reach potential clients
  • Continuously network and develop new business
  • Interact with clients in a professional manner
  • Achieve sales goals set by company
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Deal with customer issues and concerns
  • Prepare and process customer contracts
  • Keep up to date with product developments
  • Devise new sales or marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with technical staff to provide solutions that meet customer needs

  • Work with management to improve marketing materials
  • Schedule appointments, calls, and meetings




Job Requirements

  • Be self-motivated and have an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Associates Degree or relevant experience preferred

  • Two (2) or more years in an outside sales environment

Desired Skills and Expertise


Location: This position is based in Lakeville, MA and may require travel to our client sites within a 45 -mile radius.


Compensation: This position is salary plus commission.
