From time to time, we have updated our website to better reflect our business model. Well, at a certain point, you can’t just update what you have and it is time to completely re-write… that’s exactly what we did. This gave us an opportunity to really look at what we’re offering and presenting to make sure our policies reflect what you have come to expect from us. We are very focused on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, and we wanted our website to reflect this.
The new Bay State Integrated Technology website outlines all of the primary services we provide. Over time we found that many of our customer were not fully aware of the different services we offered. Our new website is a platform which will be updated regularly to display the current list of services we provide such as:
- Managed Services
- Cloud Computing
- Server Hosting
- Online Backup
- Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Email, IM, and SharePoint)
- Disaster Recovery
- Data Migration
We also added a few new features. The Tips & Tricks page displays some how-to items we have put together to help our end-users with their daily technology needs. The BSIT News page will present news articles (such as this one) so our customers are fully aware about what is going on with Bay State Integrated Technology. Our new Technical Support portal will allow customer to create a support ticket, or initiate a remote support session so we can remotely support your computer across the internet.
